How we use your personal information
We use your personal details for the purpose of finding employment in the UK and Ireland, at your request. For this purpose, we pass your employment history onto suitable employers so that they can ascertain your suitability for nursing roles within their organisation.

Once an offer of employment has been made, we retain your personal information for our records only so that we can contact you to ensure your transition to life abroad is a satisfactory and happy one.

We may send you Newsletters from time to time if you have given consent.

Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not disclose to any third party your personal details other than in the pursuit of employment and in accordance with the details set out in this Privacy Policy.

Information requested
Any personal data that you provide to us or we collect from you, is processed in accordance with the regulations in ‘The policy’ above. You will be asked to send a CV and the following information:

- Full name
- Address
- Email address
- Telephone No.
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Qualifications
- Language skills (IELTS or Occupational English Test exam scores)
- Employment history
- Confirmation of your nursing diploma or degree
- Employment references

We do not request, nor should you provide, sensitive personal data relating to ethnicity, religious or political affiliation, sexual orientation, physical or mental health issues etc. Such data is subject to strict protection under EU legislation.

Your details are stored securely on our server and passed to the health service provider(s) to secure your job offer. We will retain your details for a period of two years post placement after which they will then be deleted.

In addition to this, we may also collect general information from your computer, phone, tablet or other device you are using to access our services. This includes the IP address, the browser you use, and your language settings.

Providing / Withdrawing Consent
You are asked to provide your personal details for the purposes of securing employment. Your details will only be used in relation to your specific application. When providing personal information you will be asked to confirm you have read and accepted the Privacy & Cookies policy. If at any stage you wish to withdraw consent please advise us.

Safeguarding your personal details
The only purpose in requesting your personal details is to secure a job for you. Your personal data is held for no longer than is allowed under data protection law and for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was intended.
